This exact attitude can be seen in riots. When police form a line, if there's someone injured, police will not render aid until the line has advanced beyond the injured person, then the police following render the aid, if they can, and if they can't, they call in the medics, assuming they have any behind the lines.

The only reason why this case even had the illusion of plausibility is because the media lied about every detail involved. Our country deserves better.

I've followed far more of the trial than I really want to admit, but I'm not certain this can be realistically claimed.

It's possible a guilty verdict will be reached for at least manslaughter. Personally, the doubt is too high. There just doesn't seem to be enough evidence for even that. However, it's still plausible that a guilty verdict on Murder 3 or even 2 could be reached.

Keeping in mind the lack of sequester, the well-reported statement from social media that if the Jury does not convict, rioters will burn the building down, and several other details, it may boil down to the standard "Give the mob what it wants" conclusion.

My question there is, if the threat of burning it down gets a 40 year sentence, will that prevent the rioters from rioting? Not including places like Portland ofc. If they haven't stopped yet, they won't either way. But elsewhere, where things are currently calm.

We have the video. If he ordered Tamir Rice to show his hands he did not wait long enough to see if he was complying, and Tamir Rice did not have any chance to make a meanigful movement with the gun. He literaly shot him within like a second of getting out of the car.

I get it though. You're white, drunk, and not well adjusted. If you didn't have the state you'd have to compete with minorities and would lose handily. But at least have the self-awareness to understand that instead of hiding behind soviet style propaganda.

Here in America, we actually value freedom of discussion. So we can talk about how a police officer executing a 12 year old within half a second of exiting his car isn't acceptable, and the government can't be trusted to orchestrate a proper trial.

The fact that we need RIOTS to get even a semblence of a fair trial is proof enough of that.
