Does past abuse warrant indiscriminate murder and looting? This seems like a remarkably easy question to answer.

Who are they revenging themselves against? The architects of their situation, or a bunch of low-middle class bystanders who have just as little say in their circumstances?

And to your answer of does it warrant.. I don't know was that your uncle or friend that got murdered under a knee? and how many times has that happened?
I'm sure those cop killings and others feel directed at them. (do i logically agree with it and say its right fuck no)
But I think most in here are underestimating how much BS the black community has had to deal with.. Just the last week think about it. (again am I saying its "right" no.. do I think I know where its coming from.. YES)

numerous buildings on fire now, cub foods, arbys, autozone, credit union. Firefighters appear unable / unwilling to respond due to attacks. Unknown number of fatalities, at least 2, with fires getting closer to an apartment building with lights on in many windows.

arresting and charging the four cops involved would have probably prevented this. mayor decided to cry at a press conference instead of doing something. then again if the cops didn’t decide to kill the guy this woulda been avoided for sure

Screw 'em. They forgot the lessons of the LA riots in the 90s. Whole thing could have been nipped in the bud 24 hours ago by placing the officers under arrest. Even if the charges wouldn't have stuck, it would have de-escalated everything for the time being.

Why stop there? Why only 'arrest' them in violation of normal criminal justice procedures nad civil rights. If you want to sate the mob's appetite, do it properly.
Mobs don't want constitutional rights or due process or deliberation. They want 39 lashes, they want a lynching.
If our society has to have its process dictated by the whims of the mob, well that's just democracy hard at work
