i could post "lol breitbart" on everything i disagree with as well, instead i read the site on a daily basis to better understand a large group of gullible unintelligent plebs. I read huffpost for the same reason.

i didnt say you were wrong about the context of his accusation, just that you dodged. I'm not sure tweeting has any real precedent for witness tampering, perhaps there's a usable precedent with some hood level facebook threats against a witness. Either way this doesnt seem to fall into the illegal category, just a stupid and unnecessary thing to say in order to distract his base from the large hurdles he's flopping over.

How is anyone supposed to take the russiaburger seriously and not see it as a partisan witch hunt designed to delegitimize Trump if they go screaming that Trump is supposedly committing a felony by mocking yates on twitter? When their case against Trump seems to fall back on "Trump colluded with Russia by publicly asking Putin to release Hillary's emails at a campaign rally~!" and "Trump is intimidating yates by mocking her on twitter~!", you know they've got a weak hand for their circus. I guess the real advice to future strategists to learn from this failure is that if you're going to try to make a media circus out of peanuts, don't try it against a carnival barker
