Well, Ukraine and Crimea also belong to Europe, so I'd say the attack on that Crimean airfield from a month or so ago was bigger. And I don't know if any singular attack on Ukrainian infrastructure did as much damage as this one. But when it comes to civilian infrastructure, you might actually be right.
As much as Id like it to be Ukrainians who attacked the bridge its obvious it was either FSB or GUR(Russian military) who perpetrated this attack, 80% sure its FSB
There is ongoing fight between these 2 factions inside Kremlin with GUR trying to point out that FSB gave incorrect analysis of Ukraines capabilities promising fast victory, while FSB is blaming the corruption and military for failing to achieve the targets as the main reason for the failed war.
Heads are rolling on both sides as scapegoats are being sacrificed. With amount of security present on the bridge, you cannot drive a truck full of explosives through so many scanners without security being in on it.
There are 2 possibilities:
1) GRU or FSB did it to undermine the other, FSB throughout its entire sorry ass history blows up things in false flag attacks just like the apartment buildings to start war in Chechnya. The reason for it to be most likely FSB is now that bridge has to be fully examined for damages it greatly reduces Russian capacity to supply its military in Ukraines south until November at the very earliest so if it was GRU they just shot themselves in the foot as they need the bridge fully functional to supply its forces. However GRU is known for its typical no brain approach, just as they rushed Dagestan terrorists who took Beslan school hostages resulting in crazy amount of deaths when those terrorists where ready to talk in order to greatly escalate the Ingush-Ossetian hostility.
2) Just by chance, a truck that was carrying explosives for GUR to the front lines/Crimea blew up where it did. A lucky accident.
