This kind of crap is just an insecure dodge(Not sure if this is a serious attempt directed at me or what, but don't really care - this comment isn't directed at you per se). It involves backing away from what you've said before as its 'its just a prank/trolling bro' in the face of being steamrolled in an internet argument. Its pretending like that person wasn't engaged after all, because who knows when we can't see them behind a screen. Its a tactic. There is a literal structure to it. Evoking what you think is an emotional response in someone isn't the same as being actually correct in the subject matter you are talking about. Nobody who cares about truth conflates the two.

Also would add that "trolling" people is like a somewhat weirdly sadistic activity and is indicative of someone probably not being the most well-balanced individual.
