I see by the "starvation" post you, like most other people, have no fucking clue about the NK regime.

But you info on effective range of the missiles seems correct, albeit irrelevant unless you have an actual reason they'd fire one off. Firing any aggressive rather than test missile, even a warning shot, changes the status quo. It is the deepest desire of the regime NOT to change the status quo, sanctions starving their people also do not change the status quo.

I guess the NK regime's propaganda works on the west as well. Kim isn't a nut job, he's evil. One is calculated, even when seeming erratic. You should do some research on the history of the North Korean propaganda machine, especially the way the links between the US, China, and Japan have forced them to amplify their claims and delve further into the untruth.
