Russia is a constant aggressor that thinks its more important than it is. It's really that simple. They can't meaningfully challenge the USA or NATO but they constantly try and introduce instability

There is no "wants to get rid of Russia". They're a nuclear power. But we definitely want to contain them because they are an annoying nuclear power.

I don't think you will because it would be an easy win for us. Remember when we thought that Russia could march across Europe at will? I, and many other people, were clearly wrong and we severely overestimated their capabilities. The discrepancy in our defense budget alone is staggering. Add in the French, British, etc. and there's simply no contest. Who is willing to ally with Russia in a fight against the US? Absolutely no one.

I don't think USA will play nice if we switch the situation and Russia being incredibly rich because of their political stability ( Just a scenario ) and started putting Nukes in central America having influenced them to join her.

I mean, Nicaragua (in central America) is one of Russia's few allies. We wouldn't care, from a security standpoint, if Russia put nukes there.

You're talking about things that happened several decades ago. Technology has changed DRASTICALLY since then including the nuclear triad. Russia has had nuclear armed submarines within miles from our coast and we just have to pray they don't fire. We do the same thing and we've learned to live like that for decades.

As for Cuba, the only reason we still have sanctions is because of the electoral politics of Florida (it's a swing state and Cuban Americans who fled Communism are the most important voting bloc there).

Russia is responsible for people dying in Ukraine. THATS what theyre responsible for, not everything else what happens everywhere in the world. If NATO joins a conflict which it isnt a party as of yet, then its their decission and their responsibility to bear the consequences for the breakout of a nuclear war. But you will shift any blame to someone else. Same story with inflation, like it was "obviously" in minus before feb2022 ECB, or "zero covid policy" not to blame, russias fault lmao
