This bill will grant the FBI and DoJ authority to seize and reappropriate all assets of Tesla, Inc. headquartered in Austin Texas. All current employees will be detained in newly constructed detention facilities where they will be able to vow their loyalty to the American flag and if they can demonstrate they patriotic devotion through productive labor for the American military, they may be rehabilitated. All unpatriotic elements and leadership posts will be liquidated. Seized assets will be used as recompense for the Ukrainian people, to be distributed as lend-leased military aid. Existing Tesla vehicles will be recalled and owners will be subject to an FBI background check and flagged for suspicion of un-american activities.

In February, when Ukraine’s internet was disrupted following Russia’s invasion, Musk responded to a tweet by a Ukrainian government official seeking help. Musk said SpaceX’s Starlink satellite broadband service was available in Ukraine and that SpaceX was sending more terminals.

Zelenskiy signs decree ruling out negotiations with Putin.

Volodymyr Zelenskiy has signed a decree formally declaring the prospect of any Ukrainian talks with Vladimir Putin “impossible”. The decree formalised comments made by Zelenskiy on Friday after the Russian president proclaimed four occupied regions of Ukraine to be a part of Russia. “He [Putin] does not know what dignity and honesty are. Therefore, we are ready for a dialogue with Russia, but with another president of Russia,” Zelenskiy said on Friday. Clause one of the decree, which was prepared by the National Security and Defence Council of Ukraine on 30 September, reads “[Ukraine decided] to state the impossibility of conducting negotiations with the president of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin.”
