Dunno. But I would think it would...somewhat.

Nothing about the Status quo changes unless they aim a launched missile at a domestic target. Because they currently have staged missiles aimed at domestic targets. This nuke the whales garbage does literally nothing.

I agree. But, after they launch a missile at a target, it's a little late to try and go in and take out Kim Jong.

If we or our allies miss with an anti-missile, then it's a lot too late.

you, as you've done since you stated this thread, keep assuming they will launch a missile at a target. or even that they would have a conceivable reason to launch a missile at a target. you can't name any of these reasons, but by golly they probably exist.

There's no reason to rip up and starve your own country to build something, that you don't intend to use.

the fact that you didn't understand a North Korean children's tale is honestly really sad. It 100% answers the question you just asked.

I think it's more the fact that I don't care about the NK history of a previous leader. I didn't credit it when you first posted it, and I don't intend to now.

I'm not worried for the US. Kim would need years more before he could successfully hit the US. I am worried for SK and Japan though.
