Pfizer first dose less than 24 hours, my shoulder feels terrible. I already had COVID.

Most people I know that get the shot post COVID have had stronger side effect symptoms.
Nothing crazy but stronger.

If you've already had Covid then it's expected you have stronger responses to the vaccine.

T-Cell mediated responses, which is anything antibody-based including allergies and rashes, requires a previous exposure, so if you get the shot and have never seen Covid you cannot have a response, which is why most people get away with just a sore spot at the injection site but get rekt by the second dose.
