my question was what HE considers a fair peace deal, not what russian propaganda is trying to sell as a "compromise", which is exactly what you're describing:
1&3 just makes those regions de facto russian controlled puppets, just waiting for a full integration at some later point in history
2 simply means that ukraine writes into its own constitution that it's no longer a sovereign nation, lol
IMO, I think fair would be the following:
1) There is a demilitarized zone that goes 25 miles into both countries. NATO guarantees the security of Ukraine's territory and China (since Russia is now a Chinese colony) guarantees the security of Russia along the border there.
2) Russia gives up all their nuclear weapons and gives them to China. Russia can keep the missiles where they are but the Chinese military will be in charge of them
3) Ukraine gets all their land back
4) Russia pays reparations to rebuild Ukraine and pays the families of killed civilians
5) Ukraine gives back all captured military equipment and soldiers to Russia
6) Russia is granted commercial leases for natural resources in Donbass, Sea of Azov, etc. and profits are split 50/50.
