Inflation is obvious but I'm pretty shocked that election laws (which partially falls under the Jan 6 purview) is higher than abortion. I imagine that the salience of gun violence will go away within the next couple weeks.

The solution to inflation is simple but people aren't going to like it. The Fed can either intentionally cause a mild recession (but may overdo it and it will cause a deeper recession) or we can tax people so much that they are unable to spend money outside of basic necessities. As a fiscal conservative, I prefer the latter so that we can pay off our debt. Frankly, if you make less than 100k a year, you're not entitled to a life of luxury and you should live within your means.
