Only if the coroner... lies. It's not like this involves some unknown alien disease.
Despite how YOU look at it... the court will abide by the coroner's report unless, there is a serious reason not to... like... there is evidence the coroner was paid off, or some such.

I don't mind debating things, but you're just spinning words, and not making any valid points.

Nah, Coroners can be mistaken just like anybody else. The coroner is an expert who examined the body, therefore his testimony (via his report) is held in high regard, but it isn't gospel. Nothing in a criminal trial is beyond reproach.

What is the correct response for someone on their private property being fired at?

Please, 2nd Amendment activists, enlighten me.

There are numerous responses that I would deem 'proper', including ones that are generally frowned upon.

To be clear they were 'fired at' with paint, and I strongly oppose it.

Well, when the police come down the street following a armored humvee and say... get in the house... people should... get in the house.

/e Seems they suddenly listened after being hit with a paint ball.

Because the order was probably for their own protection... and for the police officers protection.
This isn't really that difficult to understand... is it?

/e And, for the past 3 days... ordinary citizens have been tossing molatov cocktails at police, as well. I don't know about you, but if I was just out there doing my job, being set on fire would NOT be my first choice.

/ee AND... if this country and it's police were as bad as some are trying to make them out to be... they would have just used live rounds, instead of paint balls.

On @StuDoesAmerica, I discussed how issues such as police brutality are never resolved because of the focus on racism while ignoring the statism.

It’s a conversation that makes many of you uncomfortable because you advocate talking points and policies diametrically opposed

They were perfectly fine until they were fired upon.
'for their own protection' doesnt make it right to shoot stuff at people on their own property to force them to go inside.
Its an immoral act of aggression.

Some other persons tossing dangerous things at police doesn't justify police actions against different people in different places.

Oh, my bad. Obviously the officers over-reacted cause those people were wearing signs that said... I wasn't one of the assholes trying to KILL you for the past 3 days.

Targeting random people you come across who are minding their own business on their own property because someone tried to attack you at some other time is not reasonable or justified.
