If you include in your definition of "democracy" any demand on results, any demand on people getting what they want, the farce of western democracy becomes clear. Chinese people complain, and protest, and bitch and moan about every damn thing. The difference is that the CPC actually listens and changes their policies, unlike in the West where no one ever gets anything they want and it's a damn miracle anytime a government or leader is popular for longer than a month.
