Trumps past illegal deelings with Russia is hardly out of scope.

Financial transactions with the ones hes accused of colluding with are probably as in scope as you can get actually.

No SWAT style raids because, guess what? No one was indicted in Clinton's campaign.

Also different crimes require different methods of investigation. You don't spend all your time looking for a bloody knife if you're trying to solve an embezzlement case.
