Now some things that most of us have known or surmised, are being admitted publicly. Mainly, China's desire to control the South China Sea, by ignoring International Maritime Law.
China seems to be trying to reign in the countries surrounding the South China Sea, which would make the International Maritime Law, moot.
Most if not all of these surrounding countries, desire to remain sovereign countries in defiance of China's wishes.
This, I believe has been the issue with North Korea, all along. China is telling the world that they are participating in "the reigning in of North Korea" when in actuality, they really are not.
