If there's one shooter even according to your theory then the worse case is shooter is taken out and there's a few injuries or maybe a casuality. The trade off is far more lives of the innocent are saved.

The only real school shooting i'm aware of is columbine and there was strong spiritual possession involved in that incident.

We also used leaded gasoline in that time period. Therefor, I posit leaded gasoline prevented all school shootings. Should I find other observations to connect the absence of school shootings to as well?
