I'm generally against violent protests, think they don't accomplish much tbh but honestly it's getting to the point when it's the only thing that's left to do. Politicians and those in power aren't threatened by not getting votes. It's getting to the point where people need to devolve into being violent for change to happen.

Sri Lanka style, burn down the politicians homes, target their families, etc. At the rate we're going that could happen within our life time in the west.
