There are so many things wrong with that statement... it ain't worth my time to explain them all.

Right. We'll just take you, a chronic idiot, at your word.

I know enough from your posts to make that conclusion.

Another thing is that now the entire discussion is shifting from the initial problem, police brutality, to the big problem being rioting. Police brutality should stay the focal point of discourse until meaningful change has happened.

Lash back against police brutality has been strong for years. You can’t expect in a country of 340 million that 100% of cops will be good guys. Shit like this will happen, shit like this happens with black cops on black perps. It happens with white perps as well.

‘Meaningful change’ will never happen if you expect police brutality incidents will go to zero. If that’s the standard that it’s going to take otherwise it’s okay to burn and loot cities across the nation then we’re fucked.

Yep. Zero incidents will never happen. Not until we find a way to make perfect people, police and otherwise. Assuming zero incidents is possible, just isn't realistic. Hell, it isn't even rational.

If charges and convictions for cops becomes normal the riots will die down. It's more about cops usually getting off because the prosecutors overcharged them intentionality, or told the grand jury not to indict, or whatever, then the act itself.

Or just no charges happening at all. Or even the victims getting charged, as in the Breonna Taylor case. Or the cops in Ferguson who charged a man with destruction of property for bleeding on their uniforms after beating him up. Or the cop who got a cozy early retirement pension after executing Daniel Shaver.

The riots will die down anyhow. They're illegal and will be dealt with accordingly.
