Just for reference where she (grey dot) was driving the cooper with fake number plates one not belonging to any country whatsoever, the other where all letters are different size obviously fake Kazakhstan one.

Anyone who has ever been to Moscow will understand how funny this is, with all the cameras on roads/police there.

i dont see that ever making front page news in western society, indeed the story itself appears quite small and unaffecting. from a logical standpoint i would suggest that its only the tip of the iceberg. i.e. i think its normal for highly technical societies to have highly technical tools for propaganda, and i would imagine that the totality of such propaganda, has worked, successfully, for quite some time.
