and my friend's 96 y/o grandma beat covid in 2 days. she tested positive after having slightly higher body temperature during that period

I know at least 3 dozen people who have gotten the vaccine and none have died, and only like two have had any kind of side effect, and that was just tiredness the next day.

So what percent kill is it?
