but if you were wearing a riot mask, thick gloves and a mask they would have certainly rushed you to the hospital saying you were having a compulsive and irrational fear of germs, socially isolating, paranoid, etc.

I never get the sniffles thanks to avoiding sick foods like yogurt w/ active "cultures" and sour cream etc.
Headaches do happen so keep clove and root vegetables in your diet they help to prevent.
