Denominations are the bane of Christianity.
Baptists are no more right or wrong than the currently 60+ other denominations.
1st Corinthians is one of many books of the bible which tells you. You are all part of the body of Christ.

I would say no to Catholics because they do many things that are not Biblical. They rely on Tradition as much as Scripture from what I understand.
