Since the US has ...done nothing to North Korea, exactly why does NK need the nukes, that he promised the UN (in an agreement) that he would not make?
I know the French hate Americans, but let's try to be somewhat realistic.
On a side note, knowing you despise Trump...he hasn't said he would attack NK unless NK launched nukes. He did say we would stop NKs nuclear program.
Kim Jong has just taken what Trump has said and turned it around.
NK is the one breaking the agreement they made with the UN. But let's not confuse the issue with the facts. :/
