i'd need to look up the timelines of subpeonas and investigations of the trump campaign, but that's only a clause under (2). The category (1) could still apply correct?

Im not a lawyer but it should apply to the whole shebang

The only chance Mueller has for obstruction is if Trump destroyed evidence somehow

i could be wrong but i thought that was what the investigation hinged on anyways. destruction of evidence and/or bribing of select officials.

I havent thought collusion or obstruction would result in a charge from the start anyways.

This whole leaked questions crap is just that...crap.

Mueller is possibly just trying to show that this investigation wasted millions of tax payer's money for nothing.

Or... Mueller is hoping Trump via his lawyers will decide not to answer the questions, thereby making Trump look bad.
