ive seen numbers from 5 all the way up to 10% when u add everything up, war isn't just weapons, far from it.
Matter of fact is at the end of it all, they had over 100.000 tanks, and several million soldiers. They didn't need land-lease at all, but it did help end the war slightly faster, perhaps saving lets say 250-400000 soldiers or something
It mattered in the early stages of the war, towards the middle and end lend and lease was fairly insignificant, it bought them some time
