-120 means you have to put down 120$ to win 100$

+105 means you have to put down 100$ to win $105

I noticed a huge number of props available on Bodog right now (for the debate)

You can bet on what color tie each candidate will wear, who will sip their water first, including many other things

a minus line characterized by the ' - ' negative sign means 'Bet this much to win a Hundred Dollars' coinciding with the number to the right.
a plus line characterized by the ' + ' positive sign means 'You win this much if you bet 100 Dollars' coinciding with the number to the right.

This is called American Format, it always uses 100 Dollars as the control amount.
