Ukraine pilots are now training on f-15 and f-16 american jet fighters.
In NATO training a Jet fighter pilot takes many months but it can be quicker if there are any retired pilots in USA army that came from Ukraine and can speak Ukrainian.
Such a dual citizenship pilots could come quicker to war, since they are already trained, but its unknown to the public if there are such pilots available, and if so - how many of them.

the tl/dr is usa trained people in the middle east to fly planes. Part of the reasoning of this process was to repel russia from the region.

then 911 happened and usa blamed the middle east, etc.

Fast forward, Usa training Ukraine to fly planes to repel russia.

The terrorists of 9/11 trained themselves and used us civilian flight schools (they were not trained by the us military). not quite the same thing.
but well, if you want to say that, in general, history repeats itself I will agree with that, it remains to be seen if Ukraine will remain the "goody" from viewed by the western world (this is bringing your point to its natural conclusion).

Ignore that I brought up 911, pre-2000 America military was training middle east ''military'' to fly jet planes against russia and other warring groups.
This was to repel russia from the area. the same reason usa is training some ukraine pilots now.

There was also the creation of terrorist group(s) funded by the usa during this time. That were also used to combat russia in the region.

This is just history repeating itself.

Welcome back havent seen you for a while.

Zelensky cannot negotiate as to do so would be the end of him. ukrainians do not want to give up land. they are happy to continue fighting. russia has objectives. in this scenario, it will take a long time before this war ends (unless i am missing something).
