Most scientists agree that the embryo is not a being until a certain point. The religious part is “that it will be” Fair enough how far back in the “it will be” do you go?
Birth control?
Sexual desire?
Because your disagreement with the scientific consensus tells me it’s an emotional or religious reaction
The Christian church used to be against birth control because they wanted to over populate their enemies. They would have nothing stop the birthing of kids.
Me personally I would have no abortions past a heartbeat.
And if the law is in place we must support kids through healthcare and other measures. Not be pro fetus but be pro life

i would not enable people who are too inept to perform self surgery the free opportunity to give bio material for elite beauty products.
i would also not finally end clinics inorder to give every1 free mail in covid pills i mean abortion pills. get use to the fact the world is hell and thusly ran by demented t3rr0rists.

as far as the "science", newer tech has already established that it looks human right away you just have to have the power to zoom in close enough & w/o the help of pfizer researchers or uvalde police.

Every single scientist with any sort of basic understanding of modern biology will agree that unique dna is created basically at conception (I am not a scientist so I am not sure if it is at that moment or hours later, feel free to provide information on this). As technology advances and our understanding of things increase, we should revisit things (roe v wade) which were last discussed before understanding on the topic has advanced. What used to be a religious declaration back in the 70s is now backed by irrefutable science. This is where anti abortion supporters (myself included) get our understanding of where life begins. It used to be “it will be” back before (presumably) you and I were born. Today we have tons of scientific advancements to help narrow things down.

So why does that have to be a religious distinction? According to you

Prohibition was “settled law”. So were the (D) party institutions of slavery, jim Crow, Separate but Equal, and Dred Scott.

Without the religious push this would of never been changed
This is driven by the religious right.
Just like you “the crazy left” are the only ones that disagree with this decision ?
So you must be the religious right?
Being a smart ass but hopefully you get my point
Yes there are individual thoughts, but for this subject it’s pushed by religion

Everyone loses it over 19 murdered kids and then they don't care about over 44 million murdered babies. It should've been overturned long ago and replaced with a better law.
