We need to keep in mind that the Supreme Court today did not rule on the legality of abortion.
They threw out Roe v Wade because the argument used to bring that case was fallacious.

Correct, they left it up to the states. That's not a good thing at all. There needs to be a new set of common-sense federal laws. The desire to have an abortion simply because you don't want to take responsibility should be illegal: About 600,000 abortions fall under this category. Extreme circumstances should be allowed: those cases account for about 50,000 a year from what I read.

Hell... I'm older than five of them...

Lol, Biden is going to be 80 in November and Polosi is 82. His argument is not only counterintuitive, it's invalid.

Thomas wants to go so far back that he couldn't have married his wife.

I agree. But that's not what the Supreme Court does. They don't rule on cases, they rule on the "law" in the cases.

If we were discussing the game: Monopoly, the Supreme Court would be the ones that said: "Wait a sec, you're not allowed to put money in Free Parking".

Why?

Some say the federal government is too powerful already.
