The "newsworthy" event is that he is now saying this now. That is why there is reporting on it. Even if true, the "hack" happened over a year ago. And no intelligence agency has confirmed. It's ONE politician saying this. That's why all this press about it is hype.

Either he's an idiot or he is very smart, hes on the fast track to creating so much confusion that a situation may arise where he somehow manages to pull the licenses of any media outlet that opposes him, thus leaving only the outlets that would spew propaganda for trump, and having the leverage of fear of being shut down over them. From that point the most likely outcome would be war with NK, and then what? World War 3? Or a potentially isolated war with only nk? Not sure how i see this playing out, but it seems like china is just building up waiting for something to happen, same with russia. It would be nice to think that the people ruling us are just morons but something about all of this feels way fucked up and heavily planned.

I made this thread 6 months ago because I saw the worsening tensions and predicted Trump wouldn't be able to behave even like an adult, let alone President of America. The only time factor is how far NK are away from their nuclear goals. Something we outside the situation can't possibly know. US intelligence last statement was that NK would be on nuclear parity with the US within 4 years and able to launch intercontinental nukes within 2.

I always knew it'd take a while. Like a rubber band slowly stretched til it snaps. But when it snaps it will happen fast and this thread is just about documenting the process for posterity.

IF the hacking did happen, the out-dated information that was allegedly stolen is useless at the time being.

I find it disconcerting that top secret documents are so easily accessed that even you know what was in them.

As I've probably mentioned like six times already, the information is old. It's takes very little critical thinking to understand that this information is out-dated considering it was stolen before BOTH countries' new presidents took office.

So that means it doesn't change anything at this moment. If information was actually stolen, then the U.S. and S.K. have known about it and have changed course. New agreements and plans have undoubtedly been made between the new Trump and Moon administrations.

(It's no secret that there are assassination plans. Please refer to South Korea's recent public announcement of a Kim Jong-un death squad.)

Therefore, the information is out-dated. This is hype and typical fear mongering over North Korea.
