Prosecution violates Brady doctrine...

Likely to get another trial where they can poison the jury.

What did they refuse to turn over?

At the end of the week the prosecutor said "Hey we found this new piece of evidence."

Its some kind of blood test about carbon monoxide that the defense hasn't seen yet.

On Monday they are going to present it even after the judge told them not too. It will likely lead to a mistrial.

This trial is starting to make the movie Idiocracy look like a prediction, rather than just a movie.

They already presented it, and that doctor testified about it. Would have been declared a mistrial already, but judge said closing arguments and deliberations will be on Monday

here we have a true case of attempted obstruction of justice and witness intimidation. and some innocent people being dragged in because the vandals (maxine waters and harris/biden admin supporters) got the wrong address

too bad home owners didnt get a chance to smear the vandals blood...

hope military gets permission to use live rounds and mows down all rioters after verdict
