What needs to happen:

Ukraine needs to hand over their disgusting Neo Nazi battalions, e.g. Azov battalion, to Russia to face justice

Ukraine must negotiate a surrender with Russia, where they give up the Donbas region and reduce ties with the American/European empire

That is the only way to save more lives and prevent further needless bloodshed

100% (1) wont happen and (2) wont happen any time soon.

That being said.
You will be surprised how fast things will move towards peace if USA and UK disconnect from this conflict and allow the rest of the Europe to settle this problem.
Mainly , France, Italy and Germany.

If (1) doesn't happen, Ukraine will be completely annexed by Russia and will cease to be a state. And rightfully so, having Nazis incorporated into your army is not forgivable

So what about the Nazis the Russians are using? By the same logic, the Russians deserve to lose and cease to be a state because they're using Wagner group Nazis in Ukraine.
