It looks to me like the believers all gathered together to fellowship. They devoted themselves to the apostle's teaching. Are you saying that over 3000 people who devoted themselves to the apostle's teaching, that not even one person would pick up something at fault about the teaching if there was something at fault? I mean you are a single person going against what 3000 people believed. They were the ones who took to breaking the bread and to prayer. They were the ones who knew and studied the Scriptures every single day. They all were given a free choice to make. They didn't have to do it. Why did they do it then? Why did over 3000 people devote themselves to the apostle's teaching? They did it because of what they believed. They weighed up the evidence presented to them and not a single person out of those 3000 had any reason to doubt the scriptures.

So tell me again how the Bible doesn't encourage critical thinking?
