We can certainly correlate behavioural experiments in animals to humans - humans are animals after all. However like I stated, it isn't perfect and shouldn't be used as an end all-be all of the study of human behaviour.

Personally, I'm against animal testing. I love animals alot and testing on and murdering poor mice and bunnies constantly is the main reason I had no interest in going into the biological field.

I would say it is a consequence of the internet being dehumanizing to an extent but people have been acting the same way throughout history so I think it is just the human condition to discriminate this way

The concept makes sense though, I would rather rapists and murderers be used for that sort of thing than animals, I just can't see how it wouldn't turn into some sort of dystopian nightmare
