Typically governments aim for ~2% inflation. I haven't looked up China's inflation but you mention average inflation of 5-6% which is a lot.

Right, so China also suffers from inflation fueled by rising debt which was the point I made when I first quoted you.

I think the big issue here is that 7-8% for USA is caused by its central bank and that it is not sustainable if it keeps up. So far its fine but government and big companies need to catch up to keep the economy flowing. Otherwise, us as US citizens will suffer.

But yes, you're 100% correct on 07-08 China incur a lot of its debt.
