Why does there have to be evidence of direct fraud or even discriminatory intent? When we had arguments over election laws and redistricting, democrats would claim racism from changes which only had disproportionate impacts, even if there was neither discriminatory language nor intent in the law. Well, the lockdowns across the nation and forcing people to use mail-in ballots had a very clear and undeniable discriminatory benefit to democrats in the election. Mail-in ballots went overwhelming to Biden, in-person went to Trump. If the goalposts are set to the same spots as the other election law debates, someone can easily claim that use of mass lockdowns and mail-in mandates was already enough to 'steal' an election.

Maybe Trump shouldn't have spent an entire year telling his supporters bot to use mail in ballots then.

The actual effect on vote counts most likely did not change due to mail-in skepticism. I doubt more than like 2 dummies in the world said "oh, okay, I won't vote at all then."

Where we didn't win was the highly dubious extra ballots that far exceeded the amount even mailed out. Republicans need to realize that the game is rigged, and the only way to play is to be just as sneaky and shitty as the Dems are.

Many different Trump-appointed judges throwing these cases out of the window is really all we need to know about their veracity. The only way to reject this argument would be if one believes that these Trump-judges were in on the con - in this case, from the pov of a hardcore MAGA-head, Trump would be fucking incompetent and useless and therefore deserved to get the boot.
