General rule is:
Dusk Shroud if you’re using a Monarch, Mage Plate otherwise.

Every point put into Strength is a point not put into Vitality, and having a bigger health pool is way better than having a bit more defense.

I mean looks wise
I don't pvp anymore
just pvm because i work and i get bored and i pvm

Since D2R came out some of the character outlook is a little different I used to dig Wirefleece on Paladin

Akin to having Republicans overthrow the lawfully elected Democratic president, have California and New York secede, then hold new elections where the Democrats aren't allowed to participate and claim a legitimate new Republican-led democracy that holds dominion over California and New York. Democracy is an all or nothing affair. Either you have representation of the people inside a democracy, or you don't have democracy. You don't get to pick and choose which elections count, take mulligans and disenfranchise half the country, ban their parties, seize control of the press, outlaw dissent, then surrender all sovereignty to foreign masters.

Somalia held some "elections" last month for a new "government". 275 of the "representatives" cast their votes and elected Mohamud over Mohamed in a 214-110 victory. Of course, only 24 of those representatives were elected by citizenry, the other 251 were simply put in place by NIEC as representatives of various clans and warlords working with the UNDP, UNSOM, IESG and their EU/US masters. And even with such a transparent sham of a process, they still found time for Mohamed's forces to assassinate opposition candidates and arrest journalists. In the end they had a power struggle over a role with no real power.

Democracy without representation isn't democracy. The trappings and superficial process of democracy don't make a democracy.

Wat?

There was no polling of Crimea because Russia, not because Ukraine. The unoccupied Donbas voted. The "banned opposition" parties all merged into a single new party "Opposition Bloc." I've previously posted the vote results by oblast (and I believe it was to you). But in case you don't remember:

...the incumbent "illegitimate" president was soundly reject, FYI.

The DPR and LPR did not "vote" either. The Donbas largely did not participate in the election at all, with either no election held there or boycotting it as a sham depending on the area. They were still in an active state of war.
There was no polling of Crimea because Crimea voted- democratically- to secede. After the minority party decided to stage a coup and overthrow the government, disenfranchising the majority. And that's the crucial difference of a democratic vote: One that actually represents the people beholden to it. The Crimeans had been disenfranchised by a coup that ended their democratic representation, but it was clearly the will of their self-determination to join Russia.

Western Ukraine didn't secede and try to form its own independent EU-aligned state and hold insular elections for self-governance and leave the Donbas to their own affairs. They tried to overthrow the lawfully elected government by the majority of Ukrainians and then violently suppress those being disenfranchised.

Not really, changing one pimp with another doesn't change social order.

There's no "another Pimp", more lire social services eventually, if you want, which is MUCH NICER than a pimp... Imho.

Wow, Putin basically just stopped pretending: "During the war with Sweden, Peter the Great didn't conquer anything, he took back what had always belonged to us, even though all of Europe recognised it as Sweden's. It seems now it's our turn to get our lands back [smiling]".

How Mauripol looks today after nazi russia "liberation"
This how it will look for next 10 years at least now
no jobs, no adequate social services, absolutely nothing but ruins
thanks russia

According to the estimates of the Pension Fund of the self-proclaimed "DPR", the number of retirees in Mariupol at the moment - 46 thousand people. This is 3 times less than before the Russian invasion (136 thousand people).

In general, the city's population has decreased 5 times:

πŸ‘‰More than 22,000 residents of Mariupol were killed during the bombing of the city;
πŸ‘‰ ~ 200,000 Mariupol residents left for the controlled territory of Ukraine;
πŸ‘‰ ~ 50-70 thousand are in the Azov settlements or the occupied territories of the east and south of Ukraine;
πŸ‘‰ ~ 47,000 were deported or forced to leave for Russia and Belarus;
πŸ‘‰ ~ 100-120 thousand Mariupol residents are still in the ruined city without basic living conditions

Man I wonder why all those 200,000 ethnic Russians that Ukraine terrorized and conducted genocide against left for Ukrainian controlled territories, and only those who had nowhere to go/or waited too long remained there.

French edition of Paris Match: FSO collects feces and urine of Putin on all foreign trips so that no one knows about his health.

The most ridiculous thing is that the very fact of such actions by the FSO provides absolutely comprehensive information about Putin's health.
