I know hospitals that are pulling grad students from research labs to run tests. They're pulling every doctor even the ones that haven't seen an adult patient or done an ER shift in 10+ years.

Who ever said I don't know what's causing a shortage? I know exactly what's causing it. Healthcare workers getting sick from Omicron and the hospitals not paying their workers and overworking them to near death.

Less than 1% of hospital workers got fired for not taking the jab. Even if we brought every single one of them back on tomorrow AND had them working at 10x capacity it still wouldn't fix the shortage.
