Obviously this wasn't going to be delivered by mail. That would be ridiculous. I have contacts in Ukraine who were going to go to a particular location and the item was supposed to be in an undisclosed, abandoned building. Alas, my contacts informed me that the item was not received and the individual in charge of escrow "disappeared." I really don't think the javelin was ever there to begin with. :(
