Everyone has access to the vaccines. Even poor people and illegals. Might it be more of a hassle for poor or marginalized people to get the jab, for example to take the time off from work, but the same also applies to poor or marginalized whites. After almost a year, these aspects are no longer an excuse.

If PoC are antivax, that's their decision. The info on their safety and effectiveness is publicly available. All the arguments applying to white antivaxers also apply to PoC. You are using arguments which might have had some merit in May 21, but they are no longer valid as of Jan 22.
