To answer the question of why Trump lost, we would have to address the election fraud enabled by mail-in ballots that took place. We both know you're not going to listen or argue in good faith. Therefore, your question is pointless as it cannot be answered.
That said, Trump has serious issues that did cost him support in some areas, and if he had been smarter he probably could have won despite the fraud. He lacks the eloquence needed to overcome the lies spread about him by the media. He lacks the intelligence needed to properly deflect attacks against him. He lacked the confidence to follow through on certain decisions that would have won him huge support from the people, such as withdrawing from Syria. These factors played a role as well.
