Well... If you catch it, and get over it, you won't spread it. And for most healthy young folks (most, not all), it's basically just a cold with mild respiratory infection symptoms. Honestly, Health Care workers and the elderly need it first. After that follow the risk groups. If you're healthy and young? I wouldn't bother. Let the risk groups vaccinate themselves, then spreading it's not a worry.
Granted, I'm not a doctor, so when vaccines become available for the general populace, consult, get tested to see if you already have had it, and go on from there. Just be prepared, reports of it's unpleasantness are sounding pretty epic.
