It's not just Giuliani as a person though. It's a private, hyper-partisan person engaging in this sort of behavior on order of the President.
In the general sense, a lot of people, including myself, would agree with the bold. The issue is if there is something unethical going on and it appears that this administration is more prone to that than others.
I find it embarrassing that Trump can't conduct his administration with any semblance of professionalism. Giuliani sneaking around conducting the President's dirty work is emblematic of that.
More than anything, though, it's essential that we defend the authority of the president over his bureaucracy. Unelected state officers can't throw a tantrum every time someone they dislike gets into office, even if they believe and he in actuality is completely unqualified.
