technically its new earth and new heaven so i'd say 3.0. have to factor in the exponential improvement imo but try not to knock my new Jerusalem if you actually want to get in. You will not enjoy joining blah blah J in his radio head black hole. theres a reason they crawled out to invade earth.

Here's a real answer to OP's title: You can't.

thats contingent upon the arrival of new heaven and new earth according to rev apoc bibe timeline. apart from that it respresents a concept that a more sustainable utopia will either manifest or it wont.

the title did not have enough room to say NEW earth as well because new earth is a part of that sinless reality. it would seem that new earth is for the more humble and un remembering, aka seeds free of memory to sin while new heaven is a way to wipe away those tears.

yes it is true, heaven is not relevant, its new heaven and new earth aka the new jerusalem or one ness w/ OG god that is eternal according to scriptural concepting.
