Lets exclude entire neighborhoods "by zip code" from all welfare, medical assistance and housing benefits. Let's say that entire neighborhoods "by zip code" shouldn't be allowed to secure a car or home loan. Let's deny anyone living in those neighborhoods "by zip code" from entering public restaurants and make them sit at the back of a bus and leave town by sundown. Institutionalized racism is okay, as long as you had a few extra steps of obfuscation.

So again I have to ask, who enforces these racist laws and how? How white am I allowed to be, before I'm denied service? When the doctors are going to decide whether to give me life-saving treatment or let me die, do I get to self-identify my race? Will they use DNA tests, or ancestry, or just compare the color of my skin to a life size cutout of Taylor Swift? Its the logistics of these policies that can't be left undefined. I think I could help doctors simplify the process and hang some posters in their waiting areas for people to readily identify which race they belong to;

If the situation was reversed and a Republican state like Utah gave extra points toward eligibility for life-saving treatment for being white, there'd be riots on the streets and the MSM would freak the fuck out.



Is there any science showing non-white ethnicity to be biologically/causally related to worse covid outcomes? As far as I know, all the evidence we have is purely correlative based on typical confounders like socio-economic status or obesity rates. Denying a fat, poor white dude from an underserved trailerpark a treatment while giving it to his fat, poor black counterpart from an underserved inner city ghetto is literally racial discrimination.

If you want to argue that marginalized communities should be prioritized, so be it. Define socioeconomic criteria and apply them. Such a rule would automatically benefit minorities disproportionately. But taking the shortcut and going for explicit racial screening is neither morally justified nor is it backed up by actual science.

There's plenty of evidence that equal socioeconomic groups that are stratified only by race have worse outcomes in basically all health metrics in the United States.

You are advocating for explicitly racist policies. You want to discriminate against people based on the color of their skin.
You need to be able to defend your support for racist policies by explaining the most basic logistics, like how you plan to identify the race of someone. Its not a simple question, certainly not in a melting pot like America. Is Obama black, or white? How about Colin Kaepernick? How about Rachel Dolezal?
