There are mentally ill people on both sides of the political spectrum. If they get offended over the hormone argument which is irrefutable, then they don't deserve my friendship and my time. Same goes with many conspiracy theorists.

I believe a majority agree with us, but I know they are scared to speak up because of what the leftists will do to them for getting out of line.

If I remember correctly, only a third of Americans are against the ban, so it's safe to say at least half of Democrats are for the ban. I think people just don't care enough to voice their opposition. I think rightwingers' have a skewed perception of Dems due to the progressives/ultra libs who are a vocal minority on twitter and at the forefront in protests.
