Natural selection, preference, bias, scientific data, flavour, culture etc, etc
Same way I like certain food or colour, I don't need to be forced to like something that doesn't appeal to me.
Besides why not?
Food, culture, beliefs, religions, etc don't have feelings or have the intellectial capacity to understand the concept of racism. Humans are emotional beings and you airing your genuine disdain for a race will generally elicit an emotional response. It's just how our brains are programmed unless you are born with a lacking amygdala. For instance, do you believe that blacks being perpetually called the n-word a century ago is mentally uplifting or justified? If you were black and every time you go to work, some of your based workers called you the n-word and make black jokes on a daily basis, I'm willing to bet it will get to you eventually no matter how much apathy you believe to have.
