It actually becomes more viable if less companies do, you favour the ones that do and suddenly the company you own shares in is crushing and buying out the competition, Capitalism baby!

Sure. Corporations are chartered by the state to reduce the liability of individuals within the corporation. They are given many protections and subsidies due to their state charter. It is completely allowable to start a Sole Proprietorship and assume all liabilities yourself, and it is also completely allowable to start a private membership club where you are allowed to discriminate based on race, sex, etc. at will. But when you have a state chartered corporation or LLC, you have to follow the laws. It doesn't seem farfetched in the least that they'd pay for the benefit they receive from incorporation.

This is also a State Capitalist idea, not a socialist idea.

You make less than zero sense, being communist (which i am not) does not mean you can not oppose brutal regimes that happen to be considered communist, not that america has done shit to stop china (banning tik tok is not taking action.)
