in fairness the hearing is to present evidence both to the legislature at large and the american people.

in even more fairness we can not expect this to be a brief overview of the investigation thusfar and then move right on to a vote.

evidence to impeach =/= evidence to remove. evidence to remove is dependent on the impeachment, which basically equals the hearings themselves. they're sadly a necessary process, which will give the excuse to drag it out.



evidence and proof aren't the same thing, there's lots of evidence.
